These terms govern your access to and use of fewly. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. This is a starting template — review it with legal counsel before relying on it.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use fewly.

Acceptable use

You may not use fewly to shorten links to malware, phishing, or other harmful or illegal content. We scan destinations and may disable, quarantine, or remove links and accounts that violate these terms.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period. Team plans bill per seat with proration.

Availability

We work hard to keep redirects fast and available, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
